Steve Bennett LLB (Hons)
Founder & Senior Partner of Bennett & Co Solicitors
Steve Bennett is a solicitor of the Supreme Court of England and Wales, and the founder and senior partner of Bennett & Co Solicitors. Having worked at law firms in Bromley and Maidstone, and been Head of the Property Department at firms in Wateringbury and Central London, he decided to set up Bennett & Co Solicitors in his home town of Maidstone.
He studied at the University of Kent at Canterbury, where he graduated with an Honours Law Degree, before moving on to the College of Law to study and complete the Legal Practice Course.
As a qualified solicitor, he has extensive experience in all property matters and provides a service of the highest quality whether you are buying, selling, remortgaging or dealing with a transfer of equity. He is experienced in Freehold, Leasehold, and New Build property matters and takes pride in the fact that he receives referrals from estate agents and mortgage advisers across Kent, London, and further afield without paying any referral fees. This is an indication of the quality of his work compared to many firms who actually pay a referral fee to agents and brokers.
Steve is divorced and has two adult sons and an adult daughter. He lives locally having been born in Maidstone and has lived in Maidstone all his life. He has 3 dogs and he enjoys walking his Bullmastiff, Airedale and Westie in Mote Park. He is a keen sports fan and also enjoys relaxing by fly fishing for trout. He is also a huge Bruce Springsteen fan.
If you require expert legal advice provided in a friendly, approachable manner, then Steve Bennett is just the person to provide it.
